By participating in Angela Gargano and Angela Gargano Fitness Inc. training sessions, exercise and/or diet program(s) (online and in-person), I declare that I am free and clear to engage in any physical activity and that I do not have any underlying health conditions prohibiting or limiting me from participating in any exercise and/or diet program.  I declare that I have clearance from my physician/health care professional to participate and engage in any physical activity/exercise and/or diet program.


I understand there are inherent risks involved in any physical activity/exercise program, but this is my informed consent to continue. I agree to release and discharge Angela Gargano and Angela Gargano Fitness Inc. (including without limitation, its employees, agents, and contractors) from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown) arising out of negligence. 


I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver and Release of Liability and fully understand that it is a release of liability.  I am waiving any right that I may have to bring a legal action to assert a claim against Angela Gargano and Angela Gargano Fitness Inc. (including without limitation, its employees, agents, and contractors) from any negligence, injury and/or losses arising from any such training sessions/exercise and/or diet program(s) (including without limitation any injuries and/or losses as a result of any diet, supplementation or training advice I may receive).

Fitness Product Payment Agreement


This Fitness Product Payment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Angela Gargano Fitness Inc., a company registered under the laws of Austin Texas (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and the undersigned customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the purchase of the fitness product(s) specified herein.


  1. Fitness Product Description


The Company agrees to provide the Customer with the product they purchased which could be any one or more of the following: Core Revolution, Pull-up Revolution and/or Strong Feels Good (each referred to as the “Product”).


  1. Payment


2.1 **Payment in Full**: The Customer shall pay the total amount for the fitness product(s) upfront in one single payment. After the total amount is paid they will have lifetime access to the Product.




2.2 **Payment Plan**: The Customer may choose a payment plan that allows them to make payments in installments agreed at check-out. 


  1. Payment Obligation


3.1 **Payment in Full**: If the Customer chooses to pay in full, the total amount must be received by the Company on the date of purchase. Failure to make the full payment by this date shall result in the immediate revocation of the Product without any refunds.


3.2 **Payment Plan**: If the Customer chooses the payment plan option, they must make all payments according to the specified due dates. Failure to make any of the installment payments as scheduled shall result in the immediate revocation of the Product without any refunds.


  1. No Refunds


The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, non-compliance with the payment terms or dissatisfaction with the Product purchased. Non-completion of program due to busy schedule or life situations. 


  1. Termination of Agreement


In the event of revocation due to non-payment as specified in Sections 3.1 and 3.2, the Customer's access to the Product will be terminated immediately, and the Customer will not be entitled to any compensation or refund of any kind.


  1. Entire Agreement


This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Customer with respect to the Product or any one or more of them and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations. No modification or amendment to this Agreement shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.



ATTITUDE:  I will under NO circumstances tolerate a negative attitude.

This does not mean you are not allowed to be human (we all have bad days), but it does mean you are responsible for your own“checks and balances”. Keep things in a positive perspective, remember your “why”, and focus on your purpose. You can come to me with any issue as long as your intention is to work towards resolving it.


HONESTY:  I will never judge you as a client for any slip-ups, mistakes, or poor decisions. Again, we are all humans.  However, I need you to be as transparent as possible so I can track all details. There is no sense in me spending the time and effort creating a plan for you if you are not going to follow it, or, to have me trying to figure out what’s not working if the truth is you just haven’t been consistent. This is pretty straightforward.


EFFORT:  You have to show up for yourself 110% EVERYDAY, no matter what. The harder you work for me, the harder I work for you. I am not a “hand-holder”, and I cannot be there for you every single time you have a setback. This is where you will learn to become self-accountable and self-sufficient. We want to focus on cultivating confidence and capability. YOU are the HERO, and this is your journey. I am just the guide.


TRUST: This is so, so vital! You are going to be pushing through some major personal development and growth during this process. Each and every person’s process is different. Let go of the resistance to figure out how this is all going to unfold and trust YOURSELF, MY EXPERIENCE, and the PROCESS.  Just a side note, the hardest part of this program has already been completed by you taking that first step; and for that you should feel insanely proud of yourself! By participating in any of Angela Gargano Fitness Inc.’s programs, I agree to give 110% commitment to such program/s, and because I am solely responsible for my progress, I understand that NO refunds will be offered regardless if the program is not completed in its entirety.





I hereby grant to Angela Gargano and/or Angela Gargano Fitness Inc. (collectively, “AGF”) the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute and create derivative works of the photographs and/or videos for use in connection with the activities and mission of AGF.

This grant includes, without limitation, the right to publish such images on any of AGF websites, in our reports and publications and PR/promotional materials, such as without limitation marketing publications, news releases, advertisements, and any AGF-related publication. These images may appear in any of the wide variety of formats and media now available to AGF and that may be available in the future, including but not limited to print, broadcast, videotape, CD-ROM, and electronic/online and social media.
