In my early 20's I weighed 115 pounds and when my athletic gymnastics career came to an end, I was drinking beer, eating off the Wendy’s dollar menu daily, and “messing around” doing random workouts in the gym 5 days a week.
I felt like shit, I was tired ALL the time and when I stepped into a real gym I was completely lost, bored, and uncomfortable.
It wasn’t until invested in myself and hired a coach that I finally had structure, support and accountability that I was finally able to become stronger, more toned & MORE CONFIDENT.
I learned how to eat food to fuel my body, and how to properly work out 5 days a week with a structured program that focused on becoming stronger.
And guess what… not only did strong FEEL damn good but is also LOOKS good.
At 126 pounds, I look and feel better than I ever have (yes.. that’s a HIGHER weight)
