Day 1: Engage Your Core
Learn the basics with simple movements that are really important, and understand how to feel them in the right spots.
Day 2: How low can you go?
Learn how to control your movements and keep that lower back on the ground when working on your core!
Day 3: the Love Handles
Time to activate your obliques. I don't like the words "love handles" or "muffin tops" but if that's a stubborn area for you, you'll love this workout.
Day 4: Mobility
Learn how to take an active rest day, how to properly stretch and recover so that you can develop those muscles the RIGHT way.
Day 5: Slow down to speed up
This workout is all about slow movements to really get that core on FIRE and work on CONTROL.
Day 6: Fire it UP!
While Day 5 was all about slowing down, day 6 will kick it up with a killer tabata.
