No matter what phase you are at in your pull-up we suggest you start here! If you can dominate the bottom of your pull-up, it will help you to not only get your first pull-up but also connect your pull-ups!
💪🏼💪🏼 Track 2: Halfway There ($175 Value): Track 2 is specifically targeted to meet you at that next step in your pull-up: where you have a slight bend in your elbow, or maybe you kinda have a pull-up, but you’re pulling more with your shoulders than your lats! This track will help you get that pull-up feeling good and smooth!
💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 Track 3: All the Way Up! ($175 Value): Track 3 is for that next step! Now you have 1, 2, maybe even 3 pull-ups! This program will now add those increased challenges, towel pull-ups, weighted pull-ups!

- pull-up bar, assisted pull-up bands, dumbbells, mini-bands
Please NOTE: We will not JUST be doing Pull-Ups during this program. We will be working our entire body upper body, legs and core, all of which are important aspects to getting your pull-up.
