Equipment needed:

  • pull-up bar, assisted pull-up bands, dumbbells, mini-bands (don't worry I will give you my recommendations for this) 

Please NOTE: We will not JUST be doing Pull-Ups during this program. We will be working our entire body upper body, legs and core, all of which are important aspects to getting your pull-up.
