1. You’re thinking about getting your chin above the bar.

You might be like, "well DUH Angela!" 🤦🏻‍♀️

But what you ACTUALLY need to do is break the pull-up into smaller steps. 

I mean... you wouldn't start training for a marathon by trying to run 26 miles on the first day, would you? That's crazy! You'd start small and work your way up.
