By popular demand, Full Body Revolution is HERE! STARTS AUGUST 17th! 
 
This program has the same, easy-to-follow setup as my popular Core Revolution program, except we will be working it ALL: upper body, core, lower body, and some HIIT.  This will be a total game changer for you!
