Week 2-3: Rise-up: You now have created Strong Foundation have a better understanding of your body and now it's time to keep progressive these moves so we can make that bottom of the pull-up so damn strong
Week: 4-5: Level-up, we not progress these moves even more working on building from the bottom to the middle part of the pull-up! Some women at this point already have gotten their first pull-up and are now working on multipleÂ
Week 6: Warrior Week, we go all out with shorter workouts that bring everything you just learned in the past few weeks together! Â
