58. FAQ: I Can’t Seem To Get Disciplined Again, What Should I Do?
What if you haven’t lost your discipline at all, you’ve just outgrown the version of yourself you’re still trying to perform as? I hear this from so many women who used to be unstoppable. “I don’t know what happened. I used to be so driven. Now I can’t even get myself to start.” And I’ve been there too. It makes you feel like something inside you just… switched off.
But this is about capacity and identity, not willpower.
The discipline you’re missing didn’t come from magic, it came from a season where you had adrenaline, clear goals, and an identity that was built around achieving. Life shifted. Your energy, time, hormones, stress, stress, everything changed. But you kept expecting the same output from a different life.
So this episode isn’t about getting the “old you” back. It’s about asking who you are right now, and how discipline can look different, but still powerful, in this season.
