I'm turning 33 this week 🥹

I am turning 33 years old on Thursday 🥹

June 1, 1990 is my birthday and I cannot believe it what a YEAR it has been! So much has changed...

I have moved to a spot on the water, just like I had always dreamed of, I have an amazing boyfriend, and I am getting more and more organized in my business. A year ago, I really didn't think I would have any of these things.

Many don't know this, but I have pretty bad anxiety. I am a high achiever with high standards for myself and while that may be a good thing, it also can cause A LOT of anxiety because you never feel like you are doing enough, and you never feel like you ARE enough. But I am continuing to work on it!

Here's a FEW things that helped me during this journey to 33...

1. Voice Recording

Last year, I created a voice recording of myself saying things as if they had already happened. It started off with saying "I am enough. I made it big. I have an amazing house on the water. I have an amazing boyfriend who cares about me. I impact so many people's lives."

I listened to this every morning, and by the end of the year a lot started to come true, just by reminding myself each day that I am worth it. I now have a recording from my friend los, that does something similar and I listen to it each day.

2. Being conscious of who I hang out with

I realized that certain energies rubbed off on me. I am the kind of person that if the environment is a certain way, it affects me a ton. So I chose to spend my time with only people that brighten me up, who genuinely care, and who are filled with productivity (no drama!)

3. Walking and getting outside more

This really is because of my boyfriend, he walks a TON each day, so while it may not happen all the time I am getting better about getting on the trail and walking!

Things I would like to see at 33.

1. Have my business even more clearly laid out and organized so that I can feel less stressed financially and really lean into all the creative things that fill my cup

2. Surf more

3. Speak on stages and really impact an audience

4. Get a dog! I want a dog so bad and I am ready to have that in my life

There are TON of other things I am reflecting on that I want for 33, but these are just a few! I KNOW I am meant for even more and I will keep showing up the best I can.
