I stayed in a pineapple house… 🍍

And no, it wasn't Spongebob's house under the sea… but that would have been cool 😅

This was a cute little hidden spot in Wimberly, Texas. There was a pineapple sign and path that lead to a cabin with limited service and no wifi.

EVERYTHING in the house was pineapple themed… from the spoons, the pillows, the curtains... she even had a magnet on the fridge that was pineapple!

The pineapple is an international sign of welcome! And from what I learned, an UPSIDE DOWN pineapple is a sign of... swinging</>... and yes the swinging you are thinking about 🤣

Getting away was super nice and for me what I discovered about myself is that I matter. Ithink I always put EVERYTHING else before my needs and I always have.

While that is a great quality to have, I have to remind myself that I need to take care of myself more... JUST like I tell all of my clients. I need to tell myself hat I am enough, I am deserving and my needs even if they feel like they are too much. I also did a hypnosis type session before I left on the trip and what I kept seeing is this little girl, with bangs, super small and staring up at a HUGE desk that used to be in my room. I think it was a representation of feeling small, of feeling like everything else matter more, and that I felt invisible to the world.

And although I have accomplished some pretty insane things, like being on American Ninja Warrior 5x, opening a gym, modeling internationally… I still somehow feel like I am invisible and not enough.

It’s funny… I write “I am enough” in my journal everyday but I still don’t feel like I believe it. But I know if I keep writing it I will truly believe it one day!

There’s a quote I read that said “ The journey isn’t above convincing yourself you’re enough, but loving yourself even if you aren’t.” And that REALLY hit home for me.

What is enough? What WILL be enough? Will I ever feel enough?

OR I can recognize that I am enough even without all those titles; that I matter even without anything I have done.
