 Wow, what a week last week! 

I feel like for myself and ALL my clients, life and adulting was happening. For me, moving, my car breaking down, and feeling sick, and for my clients, falling down stairs, norovirus sickness, family stuff, and injuries. 

LIFE is going to happen and it WILL throw you off. It’s learning how to maneuver it and surrender to the fact that sometimes…things are not in our control and all we can do is breathe and keep going.

After allowing myself to surrender and realizing that a lot of work would not get done last week I took the opportunity to finalize my vision board, write a letter to myself and do a vision casting. I also took the time to make a game plan to do things ONE thing at a time.

When you are clear on what you want and WHY you want it…it’s more likely to happen. And a lot of times, big life events “like moving” is a great opportunity to do that.

For 2023, my word is simplicity;  fine tuning things, realizing that you don’t need to be stressed and uptight all the time to find success. It can feel easy and fluid. Realizing what I want out of ego vs what I actually want my life to look like.

So my vision board is finalized clear and had it printed via canva and sent to me so I can hang on my wall.  

The letter to future self was powerful. I wrote about how I FELT, the things that happened (even if they didn’t already) and I wrote it as if I was living it. I stored this letter somewhere in my house and put a note on my google calendar to open it ONE year from now.

When it comes to vision casting, I write out a script of things as if I already have them and I say it on a video 4x. Each morning while I listen to music I play this recording. I did this last year and what’s cool about it is it attacks the subconscious mind and really internally helps you believe that you are capable and worthy of ALL the things you want. (Last time I did this everything in the recording came true, not kidding!)

Notice how I completed all of these things in Feb of 2023 and not in January. In January, I started my process, BUT it’s a reminder that goals don’t need to start on a Monday or the beginning of a new year..you can literally start it WHENEVER you are ready.

Oh also…I am looking at this puppy to possibly get! Her name is Ramen and she’s a rescue my friend is fostering…DO I do it?!!

1:1 Coaching

I think a HUGE lesson for my 1:1 Coaching Clients this week is that LIFE WILL HAPPEN! And that's okay! 

From falling down stairs, to norovirus, to family issues, to injuries, having a coach is helpful because during moments like these when you want to give up and just say "forget about it," it's great to have a coach to help keep you moving and encourage you!  

For my business clients, we focused on negotiating brand deal contracts and making sure all the terms are correct. Remember: always ask for what you are worth!

Retreat in Austin, TX

've had this online community for years and it's been my dream to meet you all in real life! So I am doing a Retreat here in Austin! We already sold the main spots to the retreat but we are opening up 3 more spots to the public! We will be doing things like workouts, breathwork, goal setting, paddle boarding, taking you on the lake to go out on a boat and wake surf (we have an instructor) ice baths, yoga, lots of amazing gifts we put together, and more!
