Stop Waiting Until You Have the Perfect Body!

Today, I want to address a common misconception that holds many people back, and an I've been hearing it A LOT lately: it's the belief that you must wait until you're strong enoughSound familiar? Even if doesn't, here are some other similar relatable thoughts...

👉🏻"I'll start mediating when I am less anxious"

👉🏻"I'll start working out more consistently when I have more energy"

👉🏻"I'll start taking care of myself after I take care of everyone else"

👉🏻"I'll put the oxygen mask on everyone else first, and then put it on myself..."

👉🏻"I'll eat healthier when I have more time"

How about any of those? 👆🏻

Here's the hard truth of all of the above: they are all excuses 🤷🏻‍♀️😅

You don't need to wait until you have upper-body strength or wait until you hit a certain weight or until you have the perfect body to start working on your pull-up today! You can start working towards it in the body you currently have... 🤷🏻‍♀️

And here's why...

You will get a stronger upper-body while you are working on your pull-up. You will be working on upper-body strength, core Strength, glute strength AND working on the drills to help you get those lats to fire up! Technique and drills are key in working towards this skill!

Waiting is going to delay the process! 🤷🏻‍♀️ It's going to stop you from getting that single pull-up that you've been dreaming of doing since you were younger.

I've actually had hundreds of women tell me, "Angela, I came into this program to work on my pull-ups... but I got SO much more than just that! Start with SOMETHING! Don't wait for the "right time" or the "perfect" situation because that literally doesn't exist! 😅
