Today, I want to address a common misconception that holds many back...and I've been hearing it A LOT lately.

the belief that you must wait until you're "strong enough" to start working on pull-ups 🤷🏻‍♀️....

sound familiar....and if doesn't here's some other similar relatable thoughts...

👉🏻"I'll start mediating...when I am less anxious"

👉🏻"I'll start working out more consistently when I have more energy"

👉🏻"I'll start taking care of myself...after I take care of everyone else"

👉🏻"I'll put the oxygen mask on everyone else first... and then put it on myself..."

👉🏻"I'll eat healthier when I have more time"

How about any of those 👆🏻

Hard truth of all of the that they are all excuses 🤷🏻‍♀️😅

You don't need to "wait" until you have upper-body strength or "wait" until you hit a certain weight or until you have the "perfect body" to start working on your pull-up today... You can literally start working towards it... in the body you currently have... 🤷🏻‍♀️

And here's why...

you WILL get stronger upper-body wise WHILE you are working on your pull-up. You will be working on upper-body strength, Core Strength, Glute Strength AND working on the drills to help you get those lats to fire up! Technique & Drills are KEY in working towards this skill!

Waiting is going to delay the process! 🤷🏻‍♀️ It's going to stop you from getting that SINGLE pull-up that you've been dreaming of doing since you were younger..

I've actually had hundreds of women tell me, "Angela, I came into this program to work on my pull-ups...but I got SO much more than just that....I learned how to connect with my body, my clothes fit better, I've lost inches off my waist and I am stronger in all areas of my body then I have ever been!" 🤯...PLUS they feel more confident...

So whether it be working towards you pull-up, taking care of your mindset, finally starting to eat right...don't let the excuses hold you back.

Start with SOMETHING..and don't wait for the "right time" or the "perfect" situation because that literally doesn't exist! 😅
