What season are you in?

Have you ever considered what season you're in personally? It's a question that has been on my mind recently, sparked by a live podcast session I attended with some incredible women I've always looked up to, including @loriharder, @Iamnatalie, and @lindseyschwartz. They opened up about their life and business journeys, sharing the ups and downs of their personal seasons.

While we're technically transitioning from Fall to Winter, your personal season may not always align with the calendar. We're not always meant to be in a perpetual "Summer Season" of success, excitement, and achievement. The "Winter Season" is equally essential, a time for recovery, reflection, and growth.

I've had my share of Winter Seasons, even though it might not have seemed like it. Despite showing up every day to be my best for my clients, I wasn't feeling my best inside. I missed the adrenaline of competing on Ninja Warrior, gracing magazine covers, and achieving those big milestones. This past year has been about simplifying things, diving deep into personal development, and rediscovering who I am without all those external achievements.

For me, not doing those "big things" sometimes made me feel like I had no value. But my Winter Season taught me that none of those external factors define me or my happiness. If I can live my life knowing that everything is "OKAY" even when I'm not at the peak of success, I can lead a less stressful and more fulfilling life.

So, I want to hear from you! What season are YOU in? Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter? Each season has its unique qualities and lessons:

🌻 Spring: A time of growth and renewal. Embrace change, plant new seeds, and foster personal and professional growth.

🌞 Summer: The season of abundance and harvest. Celebrate your achievements and bask in your successes while staying grounded.

🍁 Fall: A season of transformation and letting go. Release what no longer serves you, learn from your past, and prepare for the future.

 Winter: A period of reflection and rest. Take time for self-care, introspection, and personal development.

To make the most of your current season, try these simple steps:

🎯 Set realistic goals: Align your goals with the characteristics of your season.

💟 Practice self-compassion: Be kind to yourself, no matter the season.

👪 Stay connected: Seek support from your community and loved ones.

 Find balance: Balance ambition with self-care and reflection.

Remember, every season is valuable and essential to your growth. Embrace it, learn from it, and watch yourself flourish. If you're facing obstacles, remember that I've conquered my own challenges, including two torn ACLs, and I'm here to support you.
