Crazy Work Week: One of my clients faced a hectic work week. Her strategy? Pre-prepped meals to stay on track and condensed her workouts to quick, effective 10-minute sessions over the weekend. πŸ₯—πŸ’ͺ

Family Emergency: When a child gets sick, life takes priority. Schedule self-care moments like walks or short breaks to maintain your well-being. 🚢‍β™€οΈπŸŒΏ

Now, here are three tips on handling roadblocks like a true warrior:
