Hey there!

Before we jump into today's awesomeness, let me take a moment to remind you that we're in this together, and Mondays are no match for our warrior spirit! 🚀

Let's kick things off with an exciting announcement! I've got a powerhouse of a friend and a fellow movement enthusiast I'd love to introduce you to. Her name is Francheska, and we connected through the wonderful world of Instagram. It's funny how social media can bring like-minded people together, right?

Francheska and I hit it off right away, and when I visited Austin for the first time, she welcomed me with open arms. We both share a passion for movement, and we believe that fitness should be FUN. So, every Wednesday, we meet up to get our sweat on and, most importantly, to play! 🤸‍♀️

The more you enjoy it, the more likely you are to stick with it.

🥳 Set Fun Challenges: Challenge yourself and your workout buddies with fun, fitness-related challenges. Try to beat your personal best, create mini competitions, or set up obstacle courses. Friendly competition adds an exciting twist to your routine and keeps you motivated.

🥳 Explore New Horizons: Don't get stuck in a fitness rut. Explore different activities and exercise modalities. From hiking and kayaking to rock climbing and yoga, there's a world of fitness adventures waiting for you. Variety not only keeps things exciting but also works different muscle groups, giving you a well-rounded fitness experience.

Now, let's get back to our mobility expert Francheska!

Francheska's fitness journey is a whirlwind of excitement and passion. From her early dance lessons to mastering breakdancing, flag football, rollerblading, and cycling, she's done it all. Her active lifestyle became her secret weapon against scoliosis and minor injuries over the years.

During her time at the University of Central Florida, Francheska realized that her active lifestyle alone couldn't offset a bad diet. That's when her formal study of fitness training began. She graduated with a degree in Sociology and Exercise Sports Science and hasn't stopped learning since.

Francheska's education and certifications are as impressive as her dedication:

  • ONNIT Academy: Foundations, Durability, Kettlebell, Steel Club, and Steel Mace Certified
  • ANIMAL FLOW: Levels 1, 2 & Advanced Flow Design

  • NASM CPT (National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer)

But it's not just about the certificates; it's about her philosophy. Francheska's mission is to empower you to take ownership of your body through movement. She combines influences from various practices like Animal Flow, Modern Dance, Ballet, and plyometric training to make fitness enjoyable, rewarding, and full of vitality.
