Happy Halloween, Crew!
Most of you are aware of this, but Halloween is literally my favorite holiday. I love the idea of dressing up and not being so serious for a full week (yes, I celebrate all week).

As much as I LOVE Halloween, to be honest, historically, October hasn't been the best month for me. It always seems to be filled with drama, breakups, deaths, moving...
You ever have that month that you are kinda holding on and just waiting for something bad to happen because, well, it always does. That's this month for me. What's interesting is that things actually were going good, but my body was FILLED with anxiety, anticipating the worst.
Last year, despite IG pictures that seemed happy, I felt super alone, was going through a breakup, and I was struggling to find my place when I was living in Colorado.
It's crazy how ONE year later (today), I am actually in such a different and better place.
I found my people here in Austin. I feel truly connected with my purpose/path.
And today is the last day of October which means that if I make it through today, then the month of October is no longer cursed.
I am sharing this in case you relate and to remind you that you CAN and you WILL break the cycle.
This week TONS of wins from my 1:1 Clients!
Karen re-tested her strength and CRUSHED IT! She was shocked that in just a few weeks, she could see such massive improvements! She went from 0 pull-ups to 2.75 !! Her assisted pull-ups went form 3.5 to 10.5 (Like WHAT! 🤯)
Jaime continues to make progress WITH a broken foot, going from 0 to now TWO Pull-ups in a few weeks! She is a GREAT example that even if you are injured or going through a rough time, you can find ways to keep moving and improve in different areas.
